Provides Delta residents with emergency assistance, goods and/or services, when it is not available elsewhere.


Trained volunteers help individual who are unable to complete their income tax and benefit returns themselves and are unable to pay for assistance.
Volunteers do not complete income tax and benefits for deceased persons, bankrupt individuals, or individual who have capital gains or losses, employment expenses, or business or rental income and expenses.


This is a service designed to assist low-income Delta residents locate furniture and other household items.


We coordinate the collection of food and distribution of Christmas hampers for low-income Delta residents.
We also operate a Toy Dept where parents can choose Christmas gifts for their children.
