Delta Seniors Community Planning Team

The Delta Seniors Community Planning Team includes 3 Action Teams studying support services, housing and transportation. Each Action Team assess the needs, identifies barriers & gaps, to find solutions in meeting these challenges.

Enabling Delta as an age-friendly city where physically active, leisure and social activities can be ventured into with confidence makes the whole Delta community work better.
