What is the Ladner ECD HUB?

The Ladner Early Childhood Development HUB is a Ministry of Children and Family Development initiative partnering Deltassist Family and Community Services with Boys and Girls Club Community Services and Child Care Options.

Who Does the HUB Service?

We provide services to parents, families and child care providers with children from 0 - 6 years.

What is Our Role at the HUB?

We run our Nobody's Perfect Parenting Program at the hub. This is a free six week parenting program offered to parents with children from birth to five years of age. Provides useful information about children's health, safety, development, and behaviour, and supports and encourages confidence in positive parenting. Childcare is provided. Self-referrals and referrals from the community. For program dates or to register, please contact our intake worker at 604-594-3455

What Other Services Are Offered?

Boys and Girls Club operate a Family Resource Centre with drop in programs for parents and families and their children from 0 - 6 years. Their programs run Monday through Friday from 9:30 am to 2:30 pm. For more information, please call 604-946-3933 or 604-591-9262.

Child Care Options provides child care referrals and assistance with child care subsidies. They are on site Wednesdays and Fridays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. They also run child care provider drop-in sessions on the last Tuesday of each month from 9:30 am to 11:00 am.

Where is the HUB Located?

We are located in the Harbourside Mall at 205 - 5000 Bridge Street in Ladner.
