Deltassist programs and events offer strong opportunities for corporations and private citizens to support the community. Frequently it takes a creative way to turn the desire to help into action and build that lasting partnership with the community.

In the face of difficult economic times that pressure the non profit services we deliver every day sponsoring special events such as speakers and workshops or the training of volunteers and staff offers an innovative vehicle of support, in a way that meets the donors criteria.

Many of our programs and services began with 'start up' initiative funding. The good they have resulted in has earned them donations and grants in subsequent years. Families have not forgotten as they make a point of giving back. Sustaining community work through donations is a challenge that from time to time becomes easier when education and public awareness play roles in prevention.
